How long we store personal data
Filoform UK does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Your personal data will only be used for the communication between the two organizations for dealing with requests for quotations and orders. We use the following retention periods for the following categories.
Filoform UK processes the following data for the issuing of quotations. This data is recorded in our ERP system. For active customers of Filoform, quotations are kept for an indefinite period and serve as reference work. Companies that submit a request for a bid, but ultimately do not proceed with an order, will be registered as inactive in the ERP system after approximately 24 months. When putting the relevant customer inactive, all contacts will automatically be removed from the customer file.
Filoform UK processes the data below for orders. This data is recorded in our ERP system. Data resulting from an order have a fiscal retention obligation and must be retained for seven years. Filoform is legally obliged to keep its administration for this period. For active customers of Filoform orders with the personal data are stored for an indefinite period and serve as reference work. Companies that have not placed an order for more than seven years will be registered as inactive in the ERP system. When putting the relevant customer inactive, all contacts will automatically be removed from the customer file.
